Pi’qwun Salmon with Qwustenuxun

Prepare Traditional Pi’qwun Thuq’i with Qwustenuxun. Pi’qwun Thuq’i is Sockeye Salmon, Thuq’i, fileted and butterflied on sticks and cooked over a fire, Pi’qwun. While Qwustenuxun prepares the salmon, we will discuss the different aspects of Indigenous food technologies and food systems.
